H20LOW is built around a simple idea:
Before replacing something, can we make what is already there work better?
I’ve always been drawn to practical problems — particularly the everyday frustrations around taps, showers and water use that often seem to require an expensive plumber, a new fitting or a complete replacement.
H20LOW looks for another way.
Our products are designed to make existing taps and water outlets more useful, adaptable and efficient — often with a simple retrofit solution rather than major plumbing work.
From turning a compatible tap into a handheld shower, to washing hair or pets, adapting facilities for different users, or creating more practical water connections in caravans, boats and commercial settings, H20LOW is about finding clever ways to do more with the water connection you already have.
Where H20LOW began
H20LOW grew out of my earlier water-saving business, Every Drop Is Precious.
Through that business I worked with water-saving products, bathroom manufacturers and commercial customers, and developed a long-standing relationship with our German manufacturing partner.
That relationship has continued for many years and is still behind some of the products at the heart of H20LOW today.
Over time, the focus became less about selling individual water-saving devices and more about solving the actual problem in front of the customer.
Sometimes that problem is reducing water use.
Sometimes it is needing a shower where there isn’t one.
Sometimes it is washing a child, pet or hair more easily.
Sometimes it is making an existing bathroom, tap or wash area more practical without ripping everything out and starting again.
That is where H20LOW sits.
Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Tamsin.
I’ve spent much of my career around bathrooms, water, sales and product development — from working within the bathroom industry to building my own water-saving businesses.
What I enjoy most is looking at something people have simply accepted as inconvenient and asking:
“Why does it have to work like that?”
H20LOW’s Quick Fit is a good example.
A standard tap aerator normally does one job. Quick Fit allows a compatible tap to continue working normally, while also giving it the ability to connect to a shower hose when required.
That one connection can potentially open up far more uses — shower heads, garden hoses and other water-related accessories — without changing the tap itself.
And that is the kind of product I love: simple, useful and adaptable.
Retrofit first
I’m particularly interested in products that can:
- make an existing installation more useful
- reduce unnecessary replacement
- save water or improve control of water
- solve accessibility or washing problems
- work across several different applications
- be fitted simply without unnecessary disruption
That means H20LOW is not intended to be just another shower-accessory shop.
The aim is to build a carefully selected range of practical water solutions for homes, trade professionals and commercial users.
