Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so you receive your items as soon as possible.

Orders are usually dispatched the same day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next working day.

All orders are shipped with reputable carriers and tracking where available.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
• Shipping cost: £4.95
• Free delivery on orders over £40

🇺🇸 United States Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3–17 business days — $14.95
• Tracked priority delivery: 2–11 business days — $18.95
• Free delivery on orders over $75

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

Please watch for emails from the delivery carrier regarding customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

We will always work quickly to resolve any delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you received free shipping and later return the item, the original outbound shipping cost (£4.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
